1. What do you use to deliver our order?

We use a local delivery company to deliver your orders.

Our delivery partner will place your frozen products in a cool storage during transport so that you will receive it chilled.

2. What makes your product safe for babies?

We believe in following this rule when feeding baby: no-salt, no-sugar, no added preservative. All our products have been intricately sourced so that we only carry products that are suitable for children 6 months and above.

3. Are your products halal?

We are a Muslim-owned company and takes pride in sourcing and bringing only halal products to our customers.

The frozen baby ready-to-eat food and sauces as well as finger bites are imported from Malaysia and the companies are wholly owned by Muslims. This means that the products are 100% halal too

4. Are you an ACRA registered company and SFA- licensed?

Yes, we are ACRA registered. We can be found on ACRA's list of registered business entities in Singapore.

We have an SFA license for food safety and import license for baby food as well.

As at the start of 2024, we have started the process to also officially document all the products under SFA. Once this is completed, we will update on the website too!
